Let me fill you in on my sleep lately…..
……Yep, that pretty much sums it up!
Now that I am 4 weeks away from going back to work full-time, I am starting to panic when I think about how I will be able to function at work, have patience with my students and colleagues, and maintain the energy I need to teach all day and be a pleasant mom and wife at night.
So far I’ve turned to 2 cups of coffee a day, but as well all know, that only lasts so long! We all face sleepless nights, but are forced to get up and do our best the next day regardless of whether we slept 10 hours or 2 hours the night before. For this post, the tables have turned…
